Privacy policy
This policy explains what I collect when you shop with Looped & Loved by Muba, why, and who else sees it. I’m a small handmade crochet business in Lahore, Pakistan. If you have any questions, message me on Instagram (@loope_d_crochet_muba) or email [email protected].
What I collect
When you order, on the website or by message: your name, mobile number, email address (optional for orders arranged by message), delivery address, area and nearby landmark, and what you ordered, including any notes. If you choose “Use my current location” at checkout, the map pin you share is saved with your order so the delivery can find you.
When you create an account: your name, email address and saved addresses. Your password is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form that nobody can read, including me.
When you send a custom request: your contact details, your description and any reference photos. Location and camera details are removed from photos when they’re uploaded.
Payments: I record the amount and the reference of payments you make (for example a bank transfer reference). This website never asks for or stores card details.
Cookies and your browser
The website uses only essential cookies, to keep you signed in. Your shopping bag is saved in your own browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics.
Why I use your details
To make and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to send order and account emails (such as your receipt, updates and password resets), to keep my business records, and to protect the website from misuse.
Who else sees them
I never sell your details or use them for advertising. They are shared only with the services that help run the shop:
- Cloudflare, which protects the website and delivers it quickly.
- Resend, which sends the website’s emails.
- Zoho, which hosts my email inbox.
- OpenStreetMap, which turns your map pin into an address, only if you use “Use my current location”.
- Whoever delivers your order, who receives your name, number and address.
How long I keep them
Order records are kept for my business and accounting records. Custom request photos are kept until the request is removed. Copies of emails in my dashboard are cleared after 90 days. Your account stays until you ask me to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the details I hold about you. I may need to keep order records I’m required to keep. To ask, message me on Instagram (@loope_d_crochet_muba) or email [email protected].
Keeping your details safe
The website only works over a secure (HTTPS) connection. Order receipt links are private and hard to guess, so please don’t share yours publicly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be shown here. Each order keeps a copy of the privacy notice you agreed to when you placed it.
