Returns & refunds

Every piece is made by hand, most of them just for you, so returns work a little differently from a big shop. I always want you to love what you receive.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, message me on Instagram (@loope_d_crochet_muba) or email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving it, with a photo. I’ll repair it, make it again or refund you, whichever we agree is fairest.

Change of mind

Because pieces are made to order, I can’t accept returns for a change of mind. Custom and personalised pieces can only be returned if they are faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are paid back the same way you paid (for example bank transfer or mobile wallet), usually within 7 days of agreeing the refund. If you paid cash on delivery, I’ll arrange the refund with you directly.

Cancelled orders

If your order is cancelled before I start making it, anything you paid is refunded in full.
