Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you order from Looped & Loved by Muba, whether on this website or by message on Instagram or WhatsApp. If anything is unclear, message me on Instagram (@loope_d_crochet_muba) or email [email protected].

Your order

Every piece is handmade by me, most of them after you order. Your order is accepted when I confirm it, and you can follow it through each step on your receipt link. The making time shown on each piece is my best estimate; I’ll tell you straight away if anything changes.

Prices

Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include the options and extras you choose. The delivery charge is shown at checkout, or agreed with you by message. If a price changes after you order, you keep the price you agreed.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery (or when you pick up), or in advance by bank transfer or mobile wallet, using the details shown at checkout or sent to you. For advance payment, I start making your order once the full payment has arrived. This website never takes card payments.

Handmade pieces

Because every piece is made by hand, small differences in colour, size and stitching are normal and part of its charm. Colours can also look slightly different on different screens.

Custom orders

For custom and personalised pieces, I’ll confirm the details, price and making time with you before I start. Once I’ve started making a custom piece, big changes may not be possible.

Cancelling

You can cancel before I start making your order, and I’ll refund anything you’ve paid in full. Once I’ve started making it, especially a custom or personalised piece, I may not be able to cancel it.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Pakistani law, including the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
